SouLo is a dance of curiosity, determination, and mischief — a continuous rising and falling, a standing and surrendering, embodying the vulnerability and resilience of the soul. The piece explores the thresholds of ψυΧή (psyche), revealing its play, strength, and fragility through the language of the body. During her stay at wOw Space, Marco collaborated with artist Michela Pelusio, who designed the light and stage environment, creating an immersive setting where movement, light, and sound converge into a singular experience.
The performance is accompanied with the music droid8, 13-5 by Perplexed Continuum, weaving together an atmosphere of intensity and intimacy.
