Mom, post-internet is not a phase ;( is a group exhibition exploring the shifting relationship between humans and our digital landscapes amidst visceral cry against the erasure of lives, bombed-out cities and abandoned homes in a global apathy that watches wars unfold, as entire populations are reduced to digital fragments, while the cries for justice drowned out by the hum of drones and the endless, numbing cycle of "click, scroll, refresh.”
Performance “I miss my pre-internet brain” by Shelest Vetra with Zinon Falkas (19:00 - 22:00)
Join us for the opening evening with a performance that confronts the impact of digital culture on the human psyche. In a world where “yassification” has become a form of political resistance against technological domination and capitalist feudalism, this performance seeks to shed light on the oppressed body under the reign of meta(di)versity. Shelest Vetra’s work invites the audience to reflect on the complexities of identity in the digital age, questioning what we have lost and gained in the process.
